We work with over 15 Home Builders in the Middle Tennessee area to produce and develop subdivisions.  Subdivisions can range from 5 to 500 new homes.  Whether you are purchasing a new home or adding an addition to your current one, you need to know your land. If you plan on making a permanent improvement to your property, you typically are required to submit a Plot Plan to the local jurisdiction for review. In many instances this plan must be stamped by a licensed land surveyor to your city or town. For those planning a construction site, you will need a combination of boundary and topographic surveys to prepare a complete model of the land prior to commencing the design of improvements or development of the site.  Our Home Builder services include:
