Construction layout surveys can help bring your dream to life. It can be hard to look at paper plans and envision exactly what your construction site is really going to look like. However, a layout survey will take those paper plans and bring them into the real world. The placement of stakes at critical points will allow you to visualize the planned improvements.  Our Construction services include:

A construction layout survey can also include marking the actual elevation or the required cut or fill that will be required to produce the design.  Construction staking, although the most visible phase of surveying, only represents about a third of the total project effort.
